When the following terms are used in these Terms and Conditions:

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Online Store, placing orders, concluding sales Agreements, deliveries, liability, complaints, and the right of withdrawal.
The Store sells to Consumers and Entrepreneurs. Certain rights apply exclusively to Consumers.
The Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the sales Agreement.
Consumer – a natural person entering into an Agreement for purposes not directly related to business or professional activity.
Delivery Costs – a fee for delivering the order to the indicated address.
Packaging Costs – a fee for packaging the ordered Goods.
Terms and Conditions – these terms governing electronic services and sales in the Online Store.
Online Store – the store available at flid-delivery.pl.
Goods – movable items presented in the Online Store.
Agreement – an agreement concerning the sale of Goods or related services.
Consumer Rights Act – the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
The Seller offers fresh products whose quality may naturally vary due to their biological characteristics.
Differences in colour, shape, size, texture, or ripeness are permissible and do not constitute non-conformity.
For products sold by weight, a deviation of up to +/- 5% is acceptable.
The Seller applies internal quality control before dispatch.
All prices displayed in the Online Store are gross prices and include VAT.
Delivery is free for orders equal to or above 200 PLN gross.
For orders below this amount, delivery fees apply according to the price list shown before checkout.
Free delivery information is displayed before order confirmation.
Information presented in the Online Store constitutes an invitation to conclude an Agreement.
The Agreement is concluded when the Consumer places an order and the Seller confirms it electronically.
The Agreement content is recorded and provided via confirmation e-mail.
Delivery is carried out only within areas indicated on the website.
The indicated delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed.
The risk of accidental loss or damage passes upon handover to the Consumer.
The Consumer must collect the Goods at the agreed time.
Unjustified refusal or absence may result in charging delivery costs.
A Consumer may withdraw from a distance Sales Agreement within 14 days from receiving the Goods without giving reasons.
Withdrawal requires sending a clear statement by e-mail or post.
Returned Goods must be sent back within 14 days from notification.
The Consumer bears direct return costs unless the nature of the Goods prevents ordinary postal return.
Reimbursement is made within 14 days, using the original payment method or bank transfer to a Polish bank account.
The Seller is liable for non-conformity existing at delivery.
A complaint must include Consumer details, order number, description of non-conformity, and request.
The Seller responds within 14 days and covers collection costs for non-conforming Goods.
The personal data controller is WEST FOODS Sp. z o.o.
Data are processed to perform the Agreement and comply with legal obligations.
Details are provided in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
The Terms and Conditions may be amended due to changes in law, court decisions, assortment expansion, new sales channels, promotional activities, abuse prevention, correction of errors, procedural changes, functionality updates, company data changes, or modifications to delivery and payment methods.
Amendments apply only prospectively and do not affect previously placed orders.
Information about amendments will be published in the Online Store.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
Agreements are concluded in Polish.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 10.02.2026.
